Guru Puskar Raj Pant is an internationally recognized Yoga Teacher, Martial Artist, and Sports Science professional with over 20 years of experience in yoga education, physical training, and competitive sports. He uniquely integrates traditional yoga with modern sports science.

Honored as one of the top ten yoga teachers by Swami Ramdev Ji in 2006 and recipient of the Universal Harmony Award (2015), he has taught in more than 30 countries.
